As you know by now, the iPhone 4S and iPad can be jailbroken using the Absinthe Jailbreaking tool, but what you may NOT know is that anyone can have access to your device..
What you should do is change the SSH password, so let's start with "what is the SSH password"..
Well, whey you jailbreak your iDevices you gain access to all iOS filesystem and the iOS device protect itself by a password which is the same everywhere which is "alpine"..
So hackers can gain full root access to your iDevice so you have to change it!
So before showing you how to change your password you will be needing MobileTerminal installed, to do so check this video!
Now you should be having MobileTerminal on your iDevice.
After installing it, you will have to launch it from the SpringBoard and once it is running you enter the following commands in it to change the password..Do them exactly as it is shown as it is case sensitive..

Change SSH Password
Now you should be having MobileTerminal on your iDevice.

1st command: su root
(press return)
2nd command: alpine
(press return)
3rd command: passwd
(press return)
Now you are going to need to type a password that you will remember (you won’t see any characters displayed when you type). Once you are done press return. You will then need to re-type the password and press return once again.
4th command: exit
(press return)
After changing the root password, you have to change your mobile password which is also "alpine" by default.. Do the following commands again and do them exactly as it is shown as it is case sensitive..
1st command: passwd
(press return)
2nd command: alpine
(press return)
Now you are going to need to type in another password that you will remember, probably the same one you used before. (you won’t see any characters displayed when you type). Once you are done press return. You will then need to then re-type the password again and press the return button.
3rd command: exit
(press return)
And by now you are safe from hackers!! =)
