This tweak was released months ago for computers to send the crashed reports from your iDevices, where the team got lots and lots of crashing reports with a week...and now it is available for iDevices directly.
CDevReporter is a daemon that runs in the background on your iOS device and sends your crash reports to the Chronic Dev team. It sleeps until new crash reports are found, then attempts to upload them to the Chronic Dev (llc) servers..
This Tweak will use data to send crash reports so make sure you're connected to a WiFi network, or you can simply disable it from the Settings after its installation..
